After several years of dedicated service in the training industry as a Corporate Trainer, I earned a promotion to the role of Training Manager. My main responsibility is to develop and manage the training programs tailored to the corporate clients included the creation of training manuals, the facilitation of in-person training sessions, and the vigilant monitoring of training program efficiency.
